| I should have thought so. I should also have thought it behoves the Council to waive all the relevant PCNs and refund in full, without being asked, to any punters who've paid up. Confirmation here from a Council representative that that will be done, rather than dishonestly keeping the money from those who pay and don't know about the suspension, would be welcome. |
