| Right - it's only enforcement of the BUS LANE that's been suspended i.e. PCNs for "being in a bus lane" will be invalid. Any other restrictions, independent of the bus lane, will still apply. Presumably all PCNs issued for "being in a bus lane" since the existence of this incorrect lane are invalid....so several thousand people have been wrongly charged - perhaps refunds are due ? :) |
