| Alan's point about parked cars in front of the NatWest bank and further east is spot on. I did write to the Borough Commander, Sultan Taylor, asking if the police were responsible for enforcing parking restrictions here and for cars jumping the redlights. I didn't expect him to say yes. He just never replied. We will be considering this in our report when we finish our data collection and research. |
