| Not illegal to stop in an advisory cycle lane (denoted by broken white line rather than continuous line) - as most are, including the one near Leeland Terrace, and as the one you suggest would have to be to allow for legitimate stopping for goods deliveries/collection for fronting shops and other businesses. Not even all mandatory (solid whilt line) cycle lanes are full-time - eg the ones on Kew Road. |
