Sadly it is a fact that when persons of different cultures move into an area, the erstwhile indigenous population start to move out, with increasing rapidity. Then the businesses change so as to serve the local population, witness the changes in Southall, Hanwell, West Ealing, Acton all the way to Shepherds Bush, which if you haven't been there recently, I suggest you do , so as to see effectively what I am saying. And what can local politicians do about it. In practice, precious little. They are faced with a changed population, which they themselves did not bring about. The fault lies with Central Govt. with all their inducements for mass immigration, which if they seriously want to stop, they could. The fact Darren is, our environment, built up over generations, has been taken over by persons of alien cultures, habits etc etc into which we don't fit in. So what do we do, join the white flight. Those who permitted / encouraged our demise should be tried as traitors. And thank you for very well informed factual posts. |
