| The problem for Local Papers is that they rely partly on Council advertising. In Birmingham when the Evening Mail discovered issues with Children's Homes then the Council just threatened to withdraw advertising. The independant media has always suffered these issues. But Council's employ communications officers whose job it is to intimidate and to communicate what they want. So whether Labour or Conservative expect the same results!! |
