| Paul, Not my area but a lot of the advertising is internal. That said we still need to tell people about services and changes to services so the services could use newspaper ads or leaflet drops as alternatives and these would incur real external costs. Asking the services to contribute is reasonable and they can do the other thing. A large part of the justification for Around Ealing is streamlining the council's comms spend and making it go further by aggregating it in AE. |
