What it actually says is: "An obligation to use cycle paths in the respective direction of travel only exists if this is indicated by signs 237, 240 or 241" We can argue the toss about how many cycle lanes in Germany have these signs if you like, but what you wrote is not correct, what you wrote DISAGREES with what's actually written in Section 2 of the Straßenverkehrsordnung as you can see. |
