I've just had a look at the consultation and it seems to me to be intrinsically flawed. This is because the behaviours of the long term 'pro life' people who have been there for years and the new protestors, who are protesting against them, have not been differentiated in individual questions. My experience is that it is the behaviour of the newcomers which is anti- social whereas the pro-lifers, in my experience behave in a civilised manner, giving information which many young women may never have been made aware of. There is no way I can indicate this in the survey and no way it can be assessed from the responses. What a clever way of doing away with free speech which is intended to, and may well help vulnerable young women. |
