I am amazed by the ammount of people mis using blue badges in High Street Ealing. Mainly mercedes drivers who park up and then run across the street to do their shopping! Parking wardens are unable to challenge these abusers which makes my blood boil! They should be challenged and have the badge confiscated until they can prove it's real and that if they are not the owner of the badge they are with them at the time. By fining those that abuse the system the council can make enough money to keep the costs of the permits down.
