I am sorry to be so morbid but the thing that worries me is the visitor ticket hike. Isolation in old age is an enormous problem in our culture. Will people come to visit their elderly aunt in the C zone when they have to pay 50p an hour. Will they come to stay overnight? Two days about a tenner.
In an ideal world it would have been nice to have debated these changes. They may be essential because the bankers left us with a legacy. But in the Council too much happens like a mugging. They hit you hard and then disappear. And I am sad to say there isn't too much "scrute" in the Scrutiny system in Ealing.
You say your piece and your name isn't recorded and it is the same in Ward forums. You and your contribution is lost and so is an audit trail. It is so impolite it is tantamount to abuse.
