The councillor is saying that they are subsidising CPZs and those without cars even more so.
The council also said that most non car owners wnated the blight of commuter cars out of thier streets and supported a CPZ but won't have to pay.
Apart from the fact that everyone has to buy books of vouchers if they ever want a visitor or tradesperson to call.

It is disgusting that this hike has been pushed through with no consultation whatsoever.

All residents of retirement age should get free vouchers or at the very least, at minimum cost.

They are pulling the wool over everyones eyes and avoiding the real issue.
Why they are paying too much for the operating costs and how to reduce that cost. Not as you say mug the public.
