| as far as "Isn't the problem here that if there isn't sufficient parking space for shopppers on the street they will park on residential streets meaning that CPZs will become the only option and making it even harder for businesses to survive." is concerned- if there are no places for shoppers to park (rather than use redidential streets) they actually go elsewhere. |
