| on the contrary, as historically, there have been no restrictions on parking on the lane, the advent of CPZ's progressing from the Broadway has pushed the parking problems further north! What the shops need is to provide a turn-over in parking, as on Northfields Avenue, which has become a more vibrant place to shop over the last five years. |
