| Isn't the problem here that if there isn't sufficient parking space for shopppers on the street they will park on residential streets meaning that CPZs will become the only option and making it even harder for businesses to survive. There seems to be a dogmatic conviction in certain departments at the Councils that restricting parking as much as possible is a good thing because it helps save the planet and that the needs of businesses and residents are secondary. |
