| That would involve common sense . Something a car hating council doesn’t have, meaning they would ignore consultations, twist & manipulate figures, purely to raise revenue. Figments of the imagination, such as slaloming skip lorry’s ,cars simply disappearing rather than use limited available routes, are met with glee in order to muck up half London. |
