| As usual the car hating & anti motorist schemes, used as a cash cow. The exact times of operation are unclear, Do NOT be lulled into false security by the signs, as apparently it’s when Ealing council states on their site. This is unclear, having just looked it says start of school time 1st September, but not until when??????? Hence why people I know have received fines & have no idea why. Entrapment |
