| No joke. Times are stated but neither operational days nor the fact that most School Street TO's are onle valid during term time, but not dates are shown. Are we to assume that Ealing will be issuing PCNs at weekends or during school holidays? This makes a mockery of it being done for reasons of safety. Old 'school zone' sites used to have flashing lights when operational. Clear and unambiguous. |
