Completely agree - and when a building is new or newly refurbished it can attract new and old users back again. It is important to start when children are small and it is great when children's activities bring them into the library. It is also a good place to help those who are having difficulty reading because of poor sight and charities such as the Middx Association for the Blind could be running sessions where they help people choose software and mobiles to help them overcome these challenges. |
