| That last piece of information is helpful. Its a pity that we have to wait for an ex-Tory Councillor to provide the information when existing Councillors read this thread. Further reason to hold them not in high esteem - especially yellow bellied Labour Councillors who are too afraid ever to engage. I sometimes wonder Phil why, if your friend Cameron is reducing the number of MPs, then why don't we reduce some of our Councillor numbers. Some of them are shamefully inconsequential and we had a well known one during your last administration - about whom, bar the shouting you did naff all. The original complaint in this thread said "It is Labour who voted to reject permits for carers and elderly in CPZs". For the sake of clarity how did the earlier system work and in particular who was actually entitled to such permits and on what grounds? At the moment I do not understand why an issue of this is being made. |
