| Its prepatory work which would have included the sinking of a new metal base in concrete. When the new batch of posts for Northcroft is delivered it will take less than half an hour to bolt each one on. The next stage is then for the electricity connection and swan neck and teardrop lights to be fitted and lastly for them to be painted in green and cream. The council has been careful to leave the old lighting in place until new lamps are fully connected and the full programme will exceed six hundred posts! |
