| Simon. No lost plots here. Just pointing out that it is nothing unusual and in fact we have been warned about it for quite some time. Oxford happens to be going further. They announced that they would some time ago too. TfL has set up a scrappage scheme. It offers up to £2000 to scrap an old diesel but is open only to residents on benefits.
