Brian the hole hasn't stopped me from buying bread at Parkers! I was disappointed as it was the only loaf I had so it was tricky trying to make toast and sandwiches that weekend!

I don't agree that your bread is dry; I only commented on the fact that I could not tell the difference between this and other good quality bread (not the cheap pap that is often sold as bread!)

I hope this clarifies things for you.
