| I didn't pay for my driving license. Did you? Maybe there is a fee to renew it, I don't know. But it's certainly not £100 a year! I pay insurance on my bike and to service it. Tax? Do you mean VED? Why should cyclists pay this? I can't think of any reason why I should not pay to park my car somewhere, considering the amount of space it takes up. You think cyclists should pay to chain their bike up to a bike stand? Are you suggesting a £100 charge because you think cycling is costly to society and we need to recoup this money, or because you're angry that driving is so expensive? |
