Bloody hell Eric, talk about divisive. Kids need safe places to cycle to school. Adults need safe places to cycle. Why are you not getting this? And you know how budgets work as well, they are not as simple as "well, we could have spent that money on this", it's not how money is allocated. How much are we spending on potholes to pay for the damgage caused to roads by every increasing motor vehicle weights and loads? Hoe much do you want to spunk on trying reopening hammersmith bridge to cars for instance? Ridiculous spite from you. Did you asked the organisers of the events you listed if they would like to cancel safe protected cycle lanes? |
