No Paul, what it means is despite the millions being spent on cycling infrastructure not enough people can be arsed to use it when there are better, more convenient alternatives. Even if the number cycling doubled it would still be less than 10% of journeys. Which part of that is too difficult for you to understand Paul? Percentage by the way is from the London Cycling Campaign who are not known for understating the number of people cycling. Only you, a few other blow/die hards and Councillor Dismal believe that spending scarce resources on minorities like cyclists is a good idea. |
