Have just read the BBC article about the twin girls who were bitten by the fox in their bedrom and have seen the photographs. One of them is going to be scarred for life. A wildlife expert has said the following: "Wildlife expert John Bryant said that while rare, the attack on the Koupparis twins should serve as a warning to the general public "that making pets of foxes, feeding foxes, getting them too used to people and certainly going into houses is not a good idea". Surely now people will sit up and listen to what has been said over the past few months. Foxes are a menace, they show no sign of being timid. They cause a lot of noise, mess and untold damage to gardens. Before some people say, but they are lovely creatures and are only trying to survive, why don't they think before they leave food out for these so-called "poor timid creatures". In doing this they are creating more of a problem for their neighbours and area as a whole. Foxes will now enter a garden in search of food and if it doesn't find it, it then digs the garden up and everything in sight in search of it. STOP encouraging this vermin! |
