| Well, one supposes that boiling residents to death is one way to free up badly needed housing ;) The lack of ventilation in new homes is an issue that keeps cropping up on the news. Regulations requiring huge amounts of insulation in new builds doesn't factor in the summer heat. One could open a window but then one would get all the noise and fumes from the busy main road outside. Lovely. |
