| I'm not sure about the ins and outs of who the eventual residents of these units will be. One thing is for sure, that they will be very uncomfortable to live in during the excessive summer heat we frequently experience. From the CGIs they appear to be single aspect flats overlooking the main road (no opportunity for cross ventilation). So any purge ventilation will be difficult due to fact you may need to open windows with the resultant noise and poor air quality. Alternatively they will require expensive air conditioning which I doubt will be included in the spec. |
