It's likely to be mostly young single people, workers.

What's the alternative? A few months ago a 3-bed 1930s semi near Acton Town station was for sale and the would-be buyer wanted to turn it into a dozen bedsits. Imagine owning the house next door to that! Luckily, he was seen off as such changes are not appropriate in a street of family homes.

A purpose-built block, probably offering broadband and a laundry room, will attract plenty of young people.
