| Firstly - we do NOT have a housing crisis in this country. What we have is a population crisis and our successive goverments following a policy, which Angela Merkel already proved to be a disaster in Germany, will only exacerbate it. Then there is an issue with affordability - see above and supply & demand. The housing market needed a correction but current policies are forcing another crash and will only squeeze the rental sector. This appears to be the plan - to what ends I have no idea. Also, if people seriously think these are designed for "young professionals" and to re-energise the High Street then I'd suggest those people do not operate heavy machinery and actually have a look around them without blinkers on. As stated - we'll all see who is most accurate but I know where my money feels safe. Finally, directed at a very niche special section, how the **** you can continually crowbar anti-car rhetoric into every-bloody-single subject is a real talent. You really are "special". |
