| Er, have you been anywhere near the Orion Park project recently? Are you aware of its history? The site has lain untouched since the old buildings there were demolished years ago. There’s not been any activity since. We are now 10 days from the end of February and not a single spade has been put in the ground. Perhaps a closer examination of the website you reference might be in order. Contractor TBC, which doesn’t bode well for completion this year or next. Housing targets are meaningless. It’s the quality, scale and location of what’s built that matters. There are plenty of poorly constructed new builds all over London already.
