| I wonder who owned the land originally, was it council land or was it privately owned? I know the house was recently sold. As private land, the developer can apply for whatever they want and of course. But our council especially won't care that a six story block is totally out of keeping with the local area. I'm surprised they haven't applied for an even taller building, I'm sure the council would willingly approve. |
