| This application clearly shows that people feel that development near Lammas Park is very desirable. Fortunately for all concerned, the SGN development at Orion Park will soon be completed (according to their website in 2025) Full details here: https://www.networkhomes.org.uk/about-us/building-new-homes/our-developments/orion-park/ and this will have both affordable and shared-ownership homes. With this development soon to be up and running, thanks to the support of the Council and the Mayor of London, Ealing is marching on to increase its housing stock in line with our Current Government's wishes. Therefore, developing a six-floor block of flats could be considered unnecessary. |
