Does anyone know the rules for receiving a parking ticket from these jokers?? Is it obligatory to pay?? Vehicle in question parked in a residents bay on South Acton Estate, last bank holiday monday. The other options were double yellow lines or individually marked house bays with numbers). Im told either deny being driver or argue that you do NOT agree - as they word it, to their contract. You tube gives some advice but im not sure how up to date or relevant as they talk about private carparks etc |
