They might as well be a "rat grooming" service as you term it. Local residents living next door to the Ascott Allotments as well as people who have allotments have tried for years to have the rats living there trapped and killed. But in an effort "not to harm the local wildlife" the rangers along with the allotment management have opposed this. Why?
