| New Planning Application was published on 27 September. (PP/2010/3704 although it is an amendment to P/2003/5043). You have until 22 October to comment on the new application. 16 screen cinema, cafes and bars. No sign, as yet, of flats being included in the plans. There are no elevations either so it's not clear what the building will look like. |
