| The "retired at the age of 16" brigade will always be there, one way or another they will find a way to do as little as possible and as I've said before, you don't want them working with you. Your idea of having EVERY job vacancy being made available through the Job Centre is excellent, for those who are seeking legal gainful employment it will be a one stop shop, no longer will they have to trawl through various agency websites only to register their CV, no more reading papers that contain nothing and if every vacancy was "real" a true picture of whats really happening out there. Those who want to get back to work should be able to do it a lot quicker. it is not right to tar genuine job seekers with |
