| Very briefly: The Job Centre system is not fit for purpose. Every vacancy should be notified to it. The system like most other Civil Service departments is done by numbers. Retirement at 65: why not? It gets rid of job blockers allowing younger and young people to move up the skill and salary scale. If an individual hasn't achieved whatever at 65 then he/she shouldn't be working. MPs are one of the exceptions, they should be retired at 55. |
