| re: Every vacancy should be notified to it. Thats not actually a bad idea. There is the assumption that all job adverts are genuine, unemployed friends of mine are reporting that there is a large number of CV collectors AKA Angencies who are advertising bogus vacancies just to do this. When the economy picks up they will have a large number of willing candidates. Perhaps it should be made an offence to do this? Its certainly a waste of peoples time and distorts the true facts as to the state of the job market. Retiring at 65? Who will pay pensions? We're living longer. |
