| There looks to be a bit of a dearth of timeplates out there currently (possibly because of lamp-posts replacement) which probably makes the restrictions unenforceable. The one (rather worn and faded) timeplate I did spot while driving past the other day indicates Mon-Fri peak hours only loading restrictions on the north side east of Broughton Road. |
