| Re What are they for? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I suppose we will eventually find out, but whatever their use may be, they will be jolly expensive because I was told by a tradesperson who has good contact with personnel in the Council, that the line makers are paid £70,000 a year , and are direct employees of the Council. If this is true,it represents a drastic change from what used to be, when road workers were not well paid at all? |
