I find the contractors (May Gurney formerly ECT) do quite frequently return the white sacks back into my neighbours' front garden even when it has been marked with our house number. However this is understandable given the volume of work they have to get through in a reasonable time.

I would also note that whenever I have requested replacement sacks via the May Gurney website, they have been delivered very promptly.
