| At present I don't seem to have this problem, although they can be a bit creative with returning the green boxes to the wrong houses. I try not to put the white sack out and green bin every weeks as it seems a bit pointless putting something out with only a few items in it. I am reminded of an instance where I put my green bin out, got a different one back, requested a new one from the council only to have my original bin returned to me after the new one had been delivered. This has been put to good use as I grow vegetables in it. |
