| I'm sure everyone will get the £50 regardless of how they have paid, but they are using this as an opportunity to encourage people who pay by Direct Debit. Not everyone can afford to pay upfront in one lump sum and some people can get into arrears if they pay monthly by cheque or cash. I think Direct Debit is a really good way for people to manage their monthly out-goings. I pay all my bills by DD and have done for about 20 years. |
