| Astounding indeed. First we lost £1 million on investments in Iceland and now we can give away loads of money. Either Ealing council misbudgeted or they are cutting services. Either way is pretty poor. Party politics ? Of course this is and too blatant to be ignored. However - if we don't like the Labourites or the conservatives because of this sort of shenanigans - who else is there that won't do this. By the way - anyone looked up their MP's expenses ? Even the redacted ones are interesting. What excuse is there for Mr Pound to take a taxi home to Ealing when his car broke down. Does he not know about the tube ? |
