| I think I'm right in saying that the previous administration ran down Council reserves as a way of keeping down Council Tax rises in advance of the election. The current ruling group is presumably doing the same and will be able to claim that they have kept the level of reserves the same as it was when they took over. Let's just hope there are no major disasters occur in the next year. |
