I am not sure how they do it either. I do go into the pound/99p stores and buy the odd item. For example weetabix wheetaflakes which are not sold in the main supermarkets are sold at the 99p store in West Ealing. The product is Special K by a different name and the last time I checked the price of Special K it was around £2.50 plus. I wouldn't condemn them as only selling rubbish; you just have to be selective in your purchasing and quite a few of us these days are watching the pennies. |
