| The M&S profits damaged by computer hacking were announced today. Many of us are becoming increasingly aware that safe systems are becoming increasingly unsafe. My worry is to have yet another player linked to my bank account and that to my mobile phone. Add to this mix the London Borough of Ealing and we could have very unpleasant outcomes. It took me some 30 minutes (with aid) to lodge a complaint with the Council using their computer maze. That experience does not increase confidence in its general ability in this field. |
