| It’s a weird concept. Obviously the ‘consultation’ is just a box ticking exercise rather than a serious attempt to consult. It has all the hallmarks of Cllr Dismal Driscoll. Perhaps he should alert people when he ventures out of his front door, so small children and those of a nervous disposition can avoid him. Comments open until 14 May.
